Design and value engineer 18 unique stamped plans including site visits, drone surveys, interconnection updates, and racking coordination in two months in order to meet permitting deadlines.
Solution
HRE worked closely with a variety of stakeholders and contractors, including the EPC, developer, AHJ, structural engineers, drone imaging, zoning board, and others. Quickly responding to customer questions and project scope adjustments through a variety of channels was essential to the success of this project.
Results
HRE’s Electrical Engineering, Project Management, and Technical Solutions teams all worked closely together to deliver 18 unique IFP sets on time and within budget.
